- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation⇣⤵️
- Place the sliced mushrooms, celery, green pepper, and onion in a salad bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Then pour this mixture over the vegetables and toss gently.
