3 eggs
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbsp diet margarine, at room temperature
Few drops vanilla (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or mixing bowl and beat smooth. Let the batter rest 20 minutes.Follow crepes making directions on this page.Fill with fruit, and top with your favourite syrup or chocolate creme.Or use as a base for any crepe recipes.
