1-1/4 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1-1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
2 eggs whites
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Preheat the oven to 300ーF. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
