GREEN SALAD w/ GREEK GARLIC DRESSING


INGREDIENTS:⤵️

1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, mild or shredded Swiss cheese
1 Small Green Bell Pepper, cut in strips
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips

METHOD:⤵️

Cut onion slices in half; separate. Toss with lettuce, cheese and green and red pepper. Toss with Greek Garlic Dressing in a serving bowl.
